- Each purchase comes with a hassle free 15 day exchange policy.
- Monetary refund will not be provided. The amount will only be adjusted towards a fresh purchase or a store credit can be provided.
- Any items placed for exchange or store credit will take 10-12 business days to proceed.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team, failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned, return will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the client at their expense.
